Capturing the flag
The last day of class involved an exercise called "capture the flag". Basically there are four computers, each with a "flag" (a file with information in it), and we, the class, are challenged to capture each flag (by hacking into the four computers), put together the information, and determine what is called, "the phrase that pays" in order to win the challenge.
While I did not win the competition, I'm told I was the next closest to putting it all together. I captured two flags, a bonus flag, and was about to get the third flag when event was won.
